The complete machine is divided into four sections: the cutting section, the coating section, the impregnation section, and the winding section.
Upstream Integration - Material Preparation: The line seamlessly integrates with homogeneous resin paste prepared by our BMC/DMC sigma mixers or high-speed mixers, ensuring consistent raw material quality.

Core Process - Fiber Impregnation:
Glass/Carbon Fiber Cutting & Deposition System: Precisely cuts and evenly deposits rovings.
Three/Four-Roller Impregnation System: Ensures perfect resin impregnation and de-aeration through a combination of smooth and pegging rollers.


Carrier Film Lamination: Forms the standard "sandwich" sheet structure.
Downstream output - Finished product winding: The impregnated SMC sheets are sorted for packaging, and then enter the curing and subsequent processing stages.
