‌Definition‌: Through the differential rotation of two blades (usually in the form of Σ or Z) to generate shear force, it enables processes such as kneading, mixing, and vulcanization of the materials.

 

Working principle: The two blades rotate at different speeds (for example, 42/28 revolutions per minute), creating a combined axial compression and radial shearing motion, ensuring thorough mixing with no dead zones.
